Applied by various methods, Oxi Stop® 2115 imparts a dry film that does not require removal prior to coating or assembling. It can also be used in hydrostatic testing of pumps and compressors and for washing and tumbling steel parts. Aqueous / Synthetic Oxi Stop 2115 is low residue, non-tacky, and dries to the touch. It is easily removed with a mild cleaner or a light application can be painted over.
The residual film is highly resistant to high humidity and salt atmospheres, making Oxi Stop® 696 particularly useful for long-term indoor and outdoor storage applications.
