Mild Alkaline Process Cleaner | Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals
Soakleen 535 is a mildly alkaline, free rinsing cleaner formulated for use on non-ferrous metals as a soak cleaner to remove drawing and buffing compounds, stamping lubricants, cutting oils, or other fabricating soils from ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
Removes Oxides & Tarnish
It can also remove oxides and tarnish from copper, brass, and aluminum, leaving a brighter metal finish. Safe on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper.
Application
Fill tank with desired amount of water. Start heating water and add Soakleen 535 while agitating. Exact amount of product to be used will depend on amount and type of soil. Consult with your representative for recommendations.
Mild Alkaline Cleaner | Variety

Maintenance Cleaner | Biodegradable & Non-Hazardous
TLS 620 is a USDA approved, biodegradable, moderately alkaline concentrate, heavy duty, free rinsing, liquid cleaner. The outstanding performance of this product is attributed to its unique blend of surfactants and dual solvent system. TLS 620 truly penetrates and lifts organic soils rather than converting them to insoluble soils.
No Residual White Alkali
Film the product contains hard water complexing agents; is free rinsing, has controlled foam, leaves no residual white alkali film and is nonflammable.
Safe On Skin
Can be safely used as a general purpose cleaner because at normal concentration it is less harsh to the skin than many household cleaning agents.

Citrus Cleaner 144 is a biodegradable, ready to use, heavy-duty liquid cleaner made with non-petroleum hydrocarbons.
It removes grease, oil, carbon, and other types of petroleum soil deposits from metal, painted, and unpainted surfaces without harming the environment.
Low foam and environmentally friendly, Citrus Cleaner 144 is safe on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper.
Can be used as received or diluted with water.
Provides pleasant citric fragrance.
Requires no heat.
Nontoxic; contains no harmful solvents.
High or no flash point, depending on the degree of concentrate.
Rinses completely without streaking, spotting or leaving traces of oily residue.
Will not deplete the ozone layer.
General use instructions:
Immersion Cleaning Soak parts for 1-5 minutes in a 5-10% solution of Citrus Cleaner 144 at ambient temperature.
Rinse parts in a two stage bath of deionized water for 1-2 minutes.
Dry parts with forced hot air.
Time and concentration needed will vary depending on the severity of the soil.
Immerse, Spray, or Wipe
Resin Cleaner 655 is a powerful cleaner designed to loosen or remove deposits from mold surfaces or machine parts caused by urethane, and polyacetals. It easily and safely dissolves floor tile mastic, spray adhesives, black mastic, and glues from all surfaces.
Resin Cleaner 655 was designed to remove dried on resins from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper equipment and tools. Blended particularly for consumer safety without sacrificing performance while providing a pleasant citrus odor.
Resin Cleaner 655 is 100% organic and does not contain halogenated hydrocarbons, petroleum hydrocarbons, alcohols or ketones. Unlike methylene chloride based products that evaporate quickly, Resin Cleaner 655 remains on the surface to penetrate and soften the resins. Sufficient time should be allowed for material to penetrate the surface before removing the loosened resin.
Foam & Resin Cleaner TLS-77 was designed to remove urethane foam from equipment and tools. Blended for consumer safety without sacrificing performance.
Unlike methylene chloride based products that evaporate quickly, Foam & Resin Cleaner TLS-77 remains on the surface to penetrate and soften the foam. Sufficient time should be allowed for material to penetrate the surface before removing the loosened foam.
Foam & Resin Cleaner TLS-77 does not contain halogenated hydrocarbons, petroleum hydrocarbons, or flammable ingredients such as alcohols or ketones. Safe on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper.
Windshield Washer Fluid is streak-free windshield washer fluid formulated with deionized water. It provides freeze protection to -20°F.
Coating Removers & Paint Strippers
Shur Strip H914 is an alkaline paint stripper formulated to remove vinyls, acrylics, most epoxies and polyesters from steel, plastic and nylon surfaces.
Shur Strip H914 is a tank immersion material which is used between 20% and 50% by volume with water at 180°F to 210°F. Exact concentration will depend upon the particular paint base to be stripped. Stripping time varies from a few minutes to 20 minutes or more. When the coating has been loosened, a pressure rinse is recommended to assure complete removal of any residue.
When preparing new solutions or adding to existing ones, slowly add to surface of solution while stirring to avoid splattering. Do not add large amounts of product to solution at any one time.

Burnishing Compound CU 3850 is a blend of organic acids and surfactants used primarily for aluminum copper and brass alloys. Efficiency and life of media is improved with Burnishing Compound CU 3850. Developed to improve brilliant colors and a highly polished, lustrous finish with any acceptable non-abrasive media.
Due to its liquid nature, Burnishing Compound CU 3850 can be easily and accurately measured, and is ready for use upon dilution.

Shur Draw® 344 is a water soluble synthetic drawing lubricant, which can be used neat or diluted with water, depending on the severity of the draw or stamp.
Protection Against Corrosion
Shur Draw® 344 provides excellent corrosion inhibition, effective EP (extreme pressure) lubrication, anti-weld, and potent wetting and surface tension reduction, and seize protection at the tool/part interface.
Improves Tool Life
The EP and rust prevention properties improve metalworking efficiency while at the same time improving tool life.

Light drawing or stamping 6-10% Medium drawing or stamping 10-20% Heavy drawing or stamping 20% to neat.

Rust & Corrosion Control
Indoor Metal Surface Protection Long Term Corrosion Protection Oxi Stop® 330 is recommended for long term corrosion protection of ferrous metals for indoor storage.
An excellent water-displacing product that was developed for dip application, but can be sprayed, brushed or flow-coated. For maximum results, parts should be dried after applying Oxi Stop® 330.
Light Viscosity, Low Odor
Oxi Stop® 330 is a light viscosity, low odor petroleum based rust preventative which, for best results, should be used at full strength. This product leaves an invisible film after drying that can be removed with a mild alkaline cleaner. It can be diluted with a lightweight solvent like mineral spirits if less protection or lower application cost is desired.
Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel Corrosion Inhibitor Rust Remover 371 is a concentrated liquid phosphoric acid solution.
It quickly removes light soils, carbon, and corrosion from carbon steel and stainless steel. Application Can be applied by immersion, or hand wiped or brush.
1. Immersion 5-25% by Volume @ ambient - 140ºF.
2. Wipe or brush 10-25% by Volume @ ambient temperature
Outdoor Metal Surface Protection Long Term Corrosion Protection Oxi Stop® 632 is recommended for long term corrosion protection of all ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Dip, Spray, Brush, or Flow Coat It is a solvent based product that can be applied by dip, spray, brushed or flow-coated. It leaves a thick, black, waxy film ideal for long term protection.
Resistant to High Humidity & Salt Atmospheres
The residual film is highly resistant to high humidity and salt atmospheres, making Oxi Stop® 632 particularly useful for long-term indoor and outdoor storage applications.
Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel Corrosion Inhibitor Rust Remover 974 is a concentrated liquid mono ammonium citrate solution.
Used at recommended concentrations, it quickly removes light soils, carbon, and corrosion from carbon steel and stainless steel. Application Can be applied by spray, immersion, or wiped.
1. Spray 1-5% by Volume @ 160º-190ºF.
2. Immersion 3-10% by Volume @ 160º-190ºF.

Oxi Stop® 2120 is a unique blend of wetting agents and corrosion inhibitors designed to give indoor rust protection on ferrous metals. Applied by various methods, Oxi Stop® 2120 imparts a dry film that does not require removal prior to coating or assembling.
Aqueous / Synthetic
A full synthetic, water based product that can also be used for washing and tumbling steel parts and in hydrostatic testing of pumps and compressors. Foundries use Oxi Stop® 2120 on gray iron castings to achieve rust protection during shipments to customers.
Freon Compatible
Oxi Stop® 2120 contains no petroleum or synthetic sulfonates, borates or phosphates.
Indoor Metal Surface Protection Corrosion Inhibitor Oxi Stop® 2115 is a unique blend of wetting agents and corrosion inhibitors designed to give indoor rust protection on ferrous metals.
Applied by various methods, Oxi Stop® 2115 imparts a dry film that does not require removal prior to coating or assembling. It can also be used in hydrostatic testing of pumps and compressors and for washing and tumbling steel parts. Aqueous / Synthetic Oxi Stop 2115 is low residue, non-tacky, and dries to the touch. It is easily removed with a mild cleaner or a light application can be painted over.
