Metal Cleaning

Two three-stage spray washers and a three-stage barrel washer remove grease, oil and stamping lubricants from production parts and equipment. Other available cleaning devices include ultrasonic immersion tanks, steam cleaners, abrasive blasting and pressure washers. No part too small or too large.

Paint Stripping

T&L can strip acrylic, baking enamels, polyurethane, powdered paint, E-coat, epoxies, and other coatings. We can remove paint from both ferrous and non-ferrous metal production parts as well as heavily coated racks, hooks, fixtures and conveyors.

Rust Removal

Do your parts become contaminated en route to the customer? T&L can remove rust from unpainted parts, production materials and equipment. Ship them to us first for de- rusting and inhibiting and subsequent transfer to your final destination. No more complaints or costly return freight shipments for you!
